About the event
Are you interested in learning German? This beginner course is for beginner students who want to continue the Absolute Beginner Course from Term 1, or beginners who already have a limited level of German and wish to achieve basic language skills for the purposes of communication, study, travel or enjoyment.
You will learn how to use everyday expressions and simple sentences to be able to satisfy concrete needs; ask others simple questions and respond to their questions. We use Akademie Deutsch series as our main textbooks.
In Term 2, we will continue with Akademie Deutsch A1+ from chapter 3.
Textbooks are not included in the course fee and need to be purchased separately. The books are available from Hueber Publishing in digital or printed version. Your teacher will let you know where to purchase the books.
