A 2.2/1 – Term 2 Advanced Beginner German

Are you interested in learning German? This continuing beginner course is for new and continuing students. It is designed for students who did the A 2.1/2 course at Das Zentrum in Term 1, or for those who have some beginner knowledge of German and wish to achieve basic language skills for the purposes of communication, study, travel or enjoyment.

You will learn how to talk about a wide range of topics including your family, your job, health and wellbeing, organise restaurant visits and reserve train tickets, and ask for and give directions. 

We use Akademie Deutsch series as our main textbooks. For the advanced beginner class, you will need Akademie Deutsch A2+ textbook and workbook. We will continue chapter 14 in the textbook series.

Textbooks are not included in the course fee and need to be purchased separately. The books are available from Hueber Publishing in digital or printed version.…
